Has 26 years of cheerleading, coaching and judging experience. Her experience includes 18 years at the high school and 8 years at the All Star level. Michele has been and AACCA Safety Certifier for 10 years, along with doing Safety Credentialing for USASF. Michele is a USASF Safety Judge and judges National Competitions for UCA, and WSF.
Michele is the owner of SubZero All Stars in Buffalo, NY. She has led her program to many National Championship titles including UCA, WSF, Jamfest, ACDC and CanAm. Michele has been recognized as a NCCC Coach of the Year finalist, and has received the NFISA Distinguished Coaches Service Award along with the NFISA NYS Sectional Award for Safety.
