I feel as though it is very beneficial for other USASF All Star athletes to attend BOLT/MARCH because these workshops really give you a sense of belonging and purpose, both in the All Star world and within your own program. They teach you about what you can do for your program and how to be a leader in your own way. The lessons I have learned will last a lifetime and help me through anything in life.

I feel the most beneficial part of the USASF BOLT workshop was the athlete advisory committee simulation. It gave me a feel for what it is like to work on a committee and have my voice heard. I think this would be very beneficial to athletes because in All Star, communication is key. The greatest desire of every human, is to be heard and be verified, which means that everyone wants to know that someone is listening.
