Leadership By Design

Leadership is a valuable skill for any role in All Star from athletes, to coaches, to gym and studio owners. The USASF CORE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS help athlete and professional All Star leaders make sense of the situations they face every day. Participants gain the confidence to apply the right leadership style to these situations, improve communication, make better decisions, manage conflict and build successful All Star teams and programs.

You can design your own leadership training. Our Leadership Facilitators are able to customize a learning experience that meets your program’s specific training needs. The USASF CORE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS include B.O.L.T. and I.M.P.A.C.T. and offer in-person and virtual formats that can be delivered at a date and time of your choice.

CORE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS

Core Athlete Leadership Training is designed for upcoming 9-12 grade All Star Athletes

B.O.L.T. (Bettering our Leaders of Tomorrow) Leadership Core Workshop. Designed for high school-age All Star athletes to learn about themselves first in order to become an effective and authentic leader of tomorrow. Attendees receive six hours of leadership training by USASF Facilitators. The training includes four lesson plans, two customized lessons for your program, and a workbook (digital). Also included is an initial 30-minute consultation with our USASF Leadership Directors to learn about the program needs and select the two bonus lessons. Note: Travel is not included. Price is per person and must be paid by the person scheduling the workshop.

Core Adult Leadership Training is designed for adult athletes, owners and coaches

I.M.P.A.C.T. (Integrity Motivates People and Cultures to Transform) Leadership Core Workshop. Designed for USASF member adult athletes, owners and coaches to provoke thought, deepen one's sense of self-worth, and strengthen and empower your voice as a leader and role model. Attendees receive six hours of leadership training by USASF Facilitators. The training includes four lesson plans, two customized lessons for your program, and a workbook (digital). Also included is an initial 30-minute consultation with our USASF Leadership Directors to learn about the program needs and select the two bonus lessons. Note: Travel is not included. Price is per person and must be paid by the person scheduling the workshop.

*Core Athlete or Adult Training Workshops require a minimum of 12 participants and must be prepaid to confirm the requested date.

*In-Person Core Workshops do not include the cost of travel, hotel and meals for USASF Leadership Facilitators.

*Each Core Training Workshop includes two USASF Leadership Facilitators for up to 25 participants, and more facilitators will be added for every additional 12 participants registered.

*In-Person Core Training Workshops require a $500 deposit upon booking and all travel must be booked at least 30 days prior to the workshop and confirmed through the USASF Leadership Director.

You can customize the training to fit your schedule, budget, and needs with live in-person training or virtual training options.

Choose from the following lessons to design your own virtual training for your staff, your team or your programs. Choose your date, time and the number of lessons needed and our USASF Director of Leadership will coordinate with you within 48 hours of booking.

Leadership team takes you through a series of introspective lessons designed to provoke thought, deepen one's sense of self-worth, and strengthen and empower your voice as a leader and role model.

Athlete Core Training

B.O.L.T. (Bettering our Leaders of Tomorrow) Leadership Core Workshop. Take your experience in All Star to the next level and explore your own individual strengths by participating in the B.O.L.T. workshop. Participants learn about themselves first in order to become an effective and authentic leader of tomorrow. Designed for high school-age All Star athletes.

Leadership by Design Junior

Join our USASF Leadership Facilitators for this fun and interactive virtual leadership training designed specifically for 6-8 grade All Star athletes. Each session provides a different lesson plan specific to learning leadership styles and forms of communication applicable to the team dynamic. Sessions are unique so athletes can attend more than one session.

Advanced Leadership Training

This virtual leadership experience is offered to those who have previously completed the I.M.P.A.C.T. or B.O.L.T. Leadership Workshop. The curriculum includes public speaking tips and demonstrating leadership via social media platforms. Additionally, facilitators will further explore active listening leadership techniques with participants. Pre-requisite; completion of Core Leadership Training.
