USASF

Every Athlete. Every Journey. One Foundation.

When USASF membership is part of every All Star journey, amazing things can happen.

When your club goes All In, your entire All Star program becomes connected to the resources, recognition, and opportunities available through USASF membership.

And because we know the value of bringing your entire program together under a shared standard, All In is our way of saying "thank you" for building a strong foundation for your All Star athletes and coaches.

BECOME AN ALL IN CLUB

What does it mean to be All In?

Being an All In Club means choosing USASF membership for every All Star athlete and coach in your program — not just those participating on teams that are attending USASF-sanctioned competitions.

As new All Star athletes and coaches join your program during the membership term, they become part of that same All Star commitment.

To show our appreciation to you for making USASF the foundation of All Star, All In Clubs receive exclusive benefits and savings.

All Star Starts with USASF. Where You Go from There is Up to You.

When you choose USASF membership for every athlete and coach in your club, you're giving each athlete the same foundation - regardless of where their season takes them.

When it's time to compete, USASF Sanctioned Competitions offer exceptional opportunities to experience that foundation in action — with consistent, fair play standards.

Go All In. Get More Along the Way.

USASF's All In program is our way of recognizing and investing back into member clubs that are making a full commitment to All Star and saying THANK YOU  for making USASF a part of every athlete's and coach's journey.

What does it mean to be All In?

Being All In means choosing USASF membership as the foundation for your entire program; not only for the teams attending sanctioned competitions, but for every All Star athlete and coach who represents your club.

Who must become a USASF member for a club to be considered All In?

Every All Star athlete and coach from your club must become USASF members to qualify for the All In program.

How does my club enroll?

Enrollment is simple! Just submit the All In application form once your club is eligible.

Can we enroll later in the season?

Yes! Clubs can enroll in the All In program at any time during the season. However, early enrollment allows your club to maximize the time it has to take advantage of the program's benefits.

What benefits do All In clubs receive?

The benefits for being an All In club include:

  • Free Worlds spectator lanyard and pass
  • Free owner registration to THE National Conference
  • Locked in lowest pricing for ‘All In’ Coaches to THE National Conference
  • Recognition on the USASF website, Club Finder and social media
  • Free club fee for the following season
  • Marketing Toolkit & Media Support

What happens when a new athlete or coach joins my club?

Any All Star coaches or athletes who join your program during the current membership term and who are not already USASF members will need to register as members with USASF within a reasonable time after joining your club to maintain your All In status.

What happens if my club can no longer meet the requirements?

If your club chooses not to meet the requirements but has already submitted an application for the All In program, please notify USASF immediately, so All In status and the benefits that accompany it can be removed. Failure to do so may result in a review of your club's membership status.

Are there programs or participation types that are excluded?

No. All clubs are eligible to participate. Athletes who are taking classes at your club but not participating on a novice, prep or elite All Star team do not have to become USASF members for your club to qualify for the All In Program.

How does All In work for clubs with multiple locations?

Each location can apply for All In status separately and receive the program's benefits.

What cheer tiers and divisions are eligible to participate as a Worlds Spotlight team?

For this inaugural year, all Non-Worlds Elite and International divisions are eligible, excluding teams participating in the Tiny and Mini divisions.

What All Star dance tiers and genres are eligible to participate as a  Worlds Spotlight team?

For this inaugural year the only eligible tier is Premier. All non-Worlds divisions are eligible, excluding teams participating in the Tiny division.

How many teams will be selected for a Worlds Spotlight opportunity?

Up to a total of 12 cheer teams and up to 9 dance teams.

Once I am officially enrolled in the All In program, how and when do I submit a team for consideration in the Worlds Spotlight opportunity?

All In clubs can submit a routine video from a USASF-sanctioned competition of a team that you would like to be considered for a Worlds Spotlight Team opportunity. All In clubs will receive a link to the video submission form after becoming All In. Routine videos must be submitted by Wednesday February 17, 2027. No later than 5:00pm EST

Can a Worlds athlete crossover to a Spotlight team?

No, a rostered Worlds athlete (active or reserve) cannot cross over to perform on a Spotlight team.

Can a cheer Spotlight athlete crossover to a dance Spotlight team or vice versa?

No. Spotlight athletes cannot crossover and participate on both a Cheer Spotlight team and a Dance Spotlight team.

If selected as a Spotlight team, will we get a packet of information detailing all we need to know about the event?

Yes, once selected as a  Worlds spotlight team, USASF will provide additional information in the form of a packet detailing the event.

Do my athletes or coaches have to pay to Spotlight at Worlds?

No, there is no registration fee for Worlds Spotlight Teams. All rostered Spotlight athletes and two Spotlight team coaches will also receive a 1-day entrance ticket to the event with a Commemorative Lanyard identifying you as a Spotlight Team participant.

Will Spotlight athletes get anything for performing at Worlds?

Participating athletes receive the opportunity to perform on the Worlds stage, a Worlds participant medal, and a 1-day entrance pass to the competition.
