Since 2008, the United States All Star Federation has awarded $750,000 to more than 250 well-deserving athletes. The USASF gives college-bound seniors the opportunity to apply for college scholarship funds. The USASF is looking for exemplary athletes who are also well-rounded in academics, leadership, integrity, and excellence. Assessed on academic record, an essay, recommendations from coaches and program directors, and a skills portion, the finalists are invited to an interview. Professionalism, the ability to represent oneself and the community, and a demonstrated desire to succeed are all assessed to determine the final overall winner and runner up. All finalists receive a minimum of $2500 with the runner up in both cheer and dance receiving $3000 and the winner in both cheer and dance receiving $5,000. With all that All Star teaches young people, to be awarded the scholarship is just icing on the cake!
Premiering in 2023, the USASF KP Connection Scholarship is for the well-rounded athlete who embodies the characteristics aligned with the legacy left by our own Kathy Penree, USASF Board President, Connection Leader and Club Owner of CNY Storm. The USASF KP Connection $5000 Scholarship winner will be a dedicated leader within their own club/community, with an optimistic outlook and a compassionate attitude. The award will spotlight a hard-working overcomer with a great deal of passion who advocates for something meaningful beyond themselves.

Exceptional Athlete Scholarship Recipients
Students with disabilities face many challenges in their lives and finding scholarships and funding for higher education should NOT be one of them. JDP is so remarkably proud to partner with the USASF on this initiative to provide the opportunity for our Exceptional Athletes to apply for the USASF college scholarship program. We truly believe in the philosophy of providing ALL USASF athletes with the same opportunities. Congratulations to our Gold and Silver recipients!
